Project Description
Gotcha was going through big changes to put it mildly. They were becoming a B2C brand for the first time, rolling out new products and launching in new markets—all at once. I helped define their brand and create foundational pieces such as their website, app, collateral and more.
After joining the team full time, I carried the newly defined brand through all of Gotcha’s owned media channels, B2C collateral, B2B sales materials, customer service platforms and a zillion other places.
