On the 8 hour drive between Omaha and Denver, I had plenty of time to kill. Sure, I brainstormed, counted cows and ate an absurd amount of Twizzlers. More importantly, I listened to a few enlightening podcasts. One of which was WTF with Marc Maron, specifically episode 344 featuring Jon Favreau.
A couple days ago, I made the trip from Denver to Phoenix. I took back roads a majority of the time, which made for some hairy moments. I ran into some weird rain/snow/sleet coming through the Rockies around Vail and passed a couple of overturned trucks. It was great inspiration to concentrate on the road.
Tomorrow I leave Denver for Phoenix. I spent my last day scooting around town and I found where I’d spend a majority of my time if I lived here. It was ten straight blocks comprised mostly of bakeries, antique stores and Mexican restaurants. To cap it off, there’s a climbing gym in the middle of everything.
Today I went on my first hike up in the mountains. Real mountains. First we took a look at the world famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. It’s very easy to see why it’s often called the greatest place to see music in the country. Continue Reading →

I’m able to concentrate much more and it shows in my work.Continue Reading →

Tonight Jordan I wandered around downtown for a bit. If nothing else, Omaha knows how to light a city. Along the way, I noticed a few places I really need to check out before I blow town like the Omaha Tap House and the Upstream Brewing Company. Continue Reading →
As you can probably guess from the title, today I made the trip from Sioux Falls to Omaha. It’s my first time in the land of corn and Husker. I was very surprised by it’s size and the immediacy that you go from vast plains to a bustling downtown.Continue Reading →
To start, this is a blog. To be more specific, it’s going to be a written record of my travels in the near future. I recently graduated from MSUM, and I’ve decided to ditch my full time job (delivering pizza) for bigger and better things.Continue Reading →
